We decided to hire Dan Goldman Events at the suggestion of our wedding planner, Kim Newton, and it was one of the best decisions we made. Ricardo was fantastic! Our guests are still talking about how fun our reception was.
The Dan Goldman Events team was extremely easy to work with. Aside from sharing the songs we wanted for our processional, recessional, intro/entrance, first dance, cake cutting, etc., we were able to include a list of "must play" songs and "play if possible" songs. We included a handful of these song requests, but really wanted to leave it up to the pro Ricardo to do this thing and make it a fun evening. And the night exceeded our expectations! One guest shared that she thought the pre-ceremony playlist was very cool, so she asked Ricardo who the songs were by – and he happily shared the Spotify link. I'm so glad she asked because she passed the link along to us and I listen to it all the time! He absolutely nailed the style of music needed to keep our party going all evening.
Ricardo was both friendly and professional, and we'd recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ. We also decided to add a photo booth to our wedding a few weeks before the event and it was a huge hit. The team even created the printed photo strips to look like our wedding invitation. Other than music and the photo booth, Dan Goldman Events provided beautiful uplighting.

Dan was incredible throughout the entire wedding planning process. He had no issues with us changing dates twice due to covid and even handled a last-minute issue where he had to step in instead of one of his other DJs to make sure the event was able to go off without a hitch.
I'm probably biased because, you know, my wedding and all, but this was the best DJ'd event I've ever been to.
He was extremely responsive to requests and did a great job managing the mood the whole time. By the time the venue needed us to leave, the dancefloor was still completely full and we likely would have stayed another couple hours.
We also used some Christmas lights over the dance floor to go with our first dance and his setup on them was perfect. Absolutely zero hassle adding them on a few weeks before the event and the setup was done perfectly.

Phenomenal, Perfect Day DJ Dan and his team were great to work with during our wedding planning process. He came highly recommended by our wedding planner. He provided excellent service at a great, fair price. When, at the last minute, we wanted to add a string trio to our wedding package, Dan was able to obtain an award-winning string trio with no difficulty. He live-streamed our wedding ceremony on a private YouTube channel and our remote guests told us the video and audio quality was superb. We would recommend him and his team without reservation.

Can't thank DJ Dan enough for his incredible performance at our wedding last weekend. Our biggest concern for the wedding was that we wanted everyone to be on the dance floor. Dan certainly helped us achieve that. There were too many people on the dance floor which was truly a dream. He played such a phenomenal mix of songs and really read the crowd. Through Dan Goldman Events we worked with Brennan Sullivan as our DJ for our wedding, and the experience was everything we could have asked for and more! Starting with the planning stage, he worked closely with us to make sure he knew exactly what we wanted for the ceremony, music, and dances, down to the details. When we were stuck on ideas or needed inspiration he was there to help us think through options - such a help! All of this definitely put our mind at ease going into the day.
On the day of, everything went smoothly. After all the 'events' were finished and it came to the dancing, the music was spot on. We gave him latitude with what he played (which we would recommend) and he knew how to play to the crowd perfectly. We danced all evening and afterwards were told by so many guests that the music was fantastic. We 100% recommend Brennan to anybody else who wants to have a great time with great music!
